This Workshop is designed for Teens who would like to look and feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin as they go back to school. By learning techniques such as walking into a room with confidence, using eye contact, learning fun fashion and make-up tips, they will gain a sense of self-empowerment and confidence. We also cover techniques to help Teens feel grounded and calm.
